A Team Built Around Execution
Contracts are won on strategy. They are kept on execution. Here is the story behind the firm, and the people who run it.
Company Story
Voltrexx Solutions LLC is a woman-owned professional management company headquartered in Corpus Christi, Texas, providing contract management, administrative, operational, pre-employment screening, program, project, and construction support services to federal, state, and local government agencies, prime contractors, educational institutions, and commercial organizations.
The firm was formed around an observation drawn from our founder's career in contract and operations management: the work that decides whether a contract succeeds is rarely the work an organization has the capacity for. Modifications, deliverable tracking, compliance documentation, vendor coordination, screening, and closeout: administrative in name, consequential in fact. Under-resource it, and the cost is paid in performance ratings and payment cycles.
Voltrexx exists to carry that load with the discipline it deserves. We work as an extension of the client's team: familiar with the contract file, accountable for named deliverables, and organized so that every action leaves an audit-ready record.
What We Do
To provide dependable contract management, operational support, and project coordination services that help government agencies, prime contractors, educational institutions, and commercial organizations improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, and successfully execute from award through closeout.
Where We Are Headed
To become a nationally recognized small business known for delivering exceptional contract management, operational support, construction support, and project execution services across the public and private sectors.

Shermal Randle
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Shermal Randle founded Voltrexx Solutions after years in contract and operations management, where she saw how much of a contract's success rides on the administrative work behind it.
Her background covers contract management, business consulting, workforce coordination, and project leadership, including commercial contracts worth more than $3.5 million, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and vendor relationships managed from award through closeout. She stays close to every engagement, from planning through delivery, and that senior oversight stays in place as the firm grows.
What We Stand On
Execution Excellence
Not a strategy shop that treats administration as overhead. Contract execution support is the entire business, scoped, staffed, and measured as the deliverable it is.
Executive Oversight
Lean team, low overhead. The person who scopes the work is the person who does it, with no layers between the requirement and the record.
Socioeconomic Value
A woman-owned, minority-owned small business, active in SAM, supporting small business subcontracting plan goals while meeting the performance standard.
Documentation Discipline
Every action leaves a record built to survive review: version controlled files, traceable deliverables, reporting a contracting officer can follow.
Responsive by Design
Central Time coverage, one accountable point of contact, and a commitment to answer, because the cost of a slow response is usually paid at closeout.
Government Contract Support Process
Baseline
Intake of the contract file. Requirements, deliverables, and dates mapped to owners.
Structure
Trackers, document control, and a reporting cadence stood up before execution.
Execute
Daily administration: submissions, modifications, vendor coordination, and screening.
Monitor & Close
Performance, schedule, and risk tracked to baseline through closeout, reconciliation, and a clean handoff of the record.
What This Means for Your Contract
- Less load on your program manager. The administrative work that fills a program manager's week moves to a team that does only that.
- A cleaner file during reviews, with traceable deliverables, current documentation, and answers readily available when requested.
- Goals met with performance. Small business credit earned by a partner whose work you do not have to check twice.
- Fewer surprise issues, surfaced while they are still small, in writing, with a proposed fix.
- Scalable support when workloads increase, without adding permanent staff or disrupting existing operations.
